There is nothing more nerve racking than going for an interview after being made redundant as the stakes are higher. With our interview coaching we focus on the positives and make sure the candidate is prepared (or over prepared) so they are not thrown by questions and don’t fumble through, 20 years of recruitment experience means we know all the tricks.
